I read about the abyss of social media, and I see the seekers of the high that causes their addiction and I can but wonder at it all. It is a foreign landscape, aye, even a hellish one where I have not gone and never will. Engaging with the writers I follow and subscribe to here on Substack is the closest I get and from what I understand this is a very poor approximation; for that I am grateful.
